Workshop Cottage has been inspiringly converted, designed and beautifully decorated making it unfathomable to think it was previously used as an actual workshop. It is quirky and stunning in equal fashion with many original features such as the beams, exposed stone walls and the huge chimney breast. It has one bedroom and bathroom on a mezzanine floor along with a stylish bathroom. We don’t allow dogs in Workshop Cottage but do have plenty of other dog friendly rental options for guests and their furry family members.
The most beautiful place I've been to in the uk, easily. Perfect location, dog friendly, great pool, perfect for star gazing at night and long walks during the day

Facilities
Indulge & Relax
There’s a host of facilities to enjoy during your stay such as the luxury indoor heated swimming pool, an outdoor table tennis table and private woodland, as well as an abundance of adventures to be had in West Wales.
Downstairs is home from home but with a big upgrade. Lots of texture, colours, original features and such attention to detail. The kitchen is freestanding with a Welsh slate sink and a Welsh slate floor as well as plenty of traditional Welsh antiques and furniture. Workshop Cottage has a double sofa bed on the ground floor suitable for a teenager or below in age.
Gorgeous living space to kick back and relax in with a large double sofa with foot rest. Workshop has a stunning stone chimney breast and accompanying cosy wood burning stove. Both the side walls are the original exposed stone walls that have been carefully sand-blasted and re-pointed. A large front window provides lighting into the cottage. Chilled evenings are guaranteed whatever season of the year whether you decide to put your feet up with a good book, watch the TV or indulge in a competitive board game or two. There is strong wi-fi throughout the property but mobile phone signal is limited depending on your network.
The photos give an idea of the beauty of the kitchen space. A large Welsh slate sink on a standalone piece of vintage wooden furniture. Equipped with the essentials but not a space not overly cluttered (no dishwasher and no microwave). Cooking is made easy with an electric double oven with four hobs. Standard under the counter fridge with a small freezer section. Workshop Cottage comes with a state-of-the-art Sage Pro bean to cup coffee machine. There is a dining table that sits up to 4 if needed.
Upstairs, on the mezzanine floor, there is a generous double bed that has the option (upon request in advance) of being configured as two single beds. The bed has crisp, white, soft bed linen and four ultra soft pillows. The bathroom with a walk-in shower is essentially an en-suite to the bedroom area. A good sleep is almost guaranteed in Workshop Cottage given how quiet and dark it is during the night.
The beautiful designed and decorated bathroom in Workshop Cottage is on the mezzanine floor. It essentially works as an en-suite for the bedroom. Pretty green tiles are a joy in the walk-in shower. A Velux window enables natural lighting into the bathroom. Complimentary eco-friendly hand wash, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are all provided. One bath towel and one hand towel per person provided.

Enjoy Nature
In the southern part of Eryri National Park (Snowdonia) and a short walk to the Welsh coastline (The Welsh coastal path runs past The Estate), it is an ideal property for those who love to be surrounded by countryside, who like to hike, but also want to spend time close to the sea. While staying on the estate, you’re welcome to explore the wider grounds. Little ones will love playing on the swing tyre and discovering the table tennis table. Do walk up the hill behind the main house and through the woodland to find the secret bench where you can truly admire the estate’s coastal setting.
